1. Preamble and Institutional Mandate
This document establishes the binding Epistemic Constitution of the entire Science of Fabric Reality (SFR) corpus. It is maintained by the Global Institute of Logic & Cybernetics (GILC) and preserved within the Universum Knowledge Corpus (UKC).
The purpose of this Constitution is to govern the classification, formalization, mathematical specification, and empirical qualification of all concepts, frameworks, models, and equations in the corpus. It establishes an unbreachable membrane between established scientific facts, authorial structural definitions, mathematical models, computational simulations, and proposed physical hypotheses.
2. The 14-Level Epistemic Lattice
Every substantive statement, definition, theorem, model, and claim across the corpus must be explicitly classifiable into one of the fourteen tiers of the Epistemic Lattice:
| Tier Code | Epistemic Class | Definition & Evidentiary Standard |
|---|---|---|
| EST-01 | ESTABLISHED_SCIENCE | Empirically verified, peer-reviewed, and consensus physical or mathematical law (e.g., Maxwell's equations, General Relativity, Standard Model parameters from PDG/CODATA). |
| AUT-02 | AUTHORIAL_DEFINITION | Original axiomatic definition or semantic demarcation formulated by Ivan Pasev within the SFR program. |
| AUT-03 | AUTHORIAL_SYNTHESIS | Conceptual or architectural synthesis connecting distinct historical or multidisciplinary domains into an integrated framework. |
| MAT-04 | MATHEMATICAL_DEFINITION | Rigorous, non-contradictory mathematical definition with stated domain, symbols, and algebraic/topological properties. |
| TGT-05 | FORMALIZATION_TARGET | Explicitly declared conceptual target requiring subsequent deductive mathematical formalization. |
| THM-06 | PROPOSED_THEOREM | Formal mathematical proposition with stated hypotheses and intended deductive consequence awaiting complete formal proof. |
| PRV-07 | PROVEN_RESULT | Fully proven mathematical theorem verified by deductive proof or machine-checked verification. |
| CMP-08 | COMPUTATIONAL_MODEL | Explicit algorithmic specification, state machine, or data-structure implementation. |
| SIM-09 | SIMULATION_RESULT | Numerical, agent-based, or lattice simulation outcome generated under specified initial conditions and step bounds. |
| HYP-10 | PHYSICAL_HYPOTHESIS | Proposed physical mechanism, excitation, or interaction whose empirical validity is not yet confirmed. |
| TGT-11 | EMPIRICAL_TARGET | Concrete physical observable, scaling deviation, or signature identified for experimental measurement. |
| EMP-12 | EMPIRICAL_RESULT | Measured experimental or observational dataset from recognized instruments or laboratories. |
| FAL-13 | FALSIFIED | Hypothesis or model definitively rejected by empirical contradiction or mathematical inconsistency. |
| UNR-14 | UNRESOLVED | Open question, unknown parameter, or formal boundary whose closure is currently unestablished. |
3. The Invariant Epistemic Separation Law
The fundamental law of corpus integrity is stated as follows:
Constitutional Prohibitions:
- Analogy is not Evidence: A formal structural analogy between an SFR construct and an established physical theory (e.g., between graph Laplacians and quantum wavefunctions) does not constitute evidence that physical reality is composed of the proposed SFR construct.
- Simulation is not Empirical Proof: A successful computational simulation proves mathematical and algorithmic consistency under programmed rules; it does not prove that nature operates by those rules.
- Definitions are not Discoveries: Defining a candidate primitive (such as the Fabricon) is an authorial conceptual specification, not the discovery of an empirical physical particle.
- Promotion by Merit Only: No claim may be promoted to a higher epistemic tier merely because it is conceptually elegant or structurally unified with other parts of the corpus.
4. The Law of Coherent Continuation
The universal formal grammar of the Science of Fabric Reality is the Law of Coherent Continuation. Any system, structure, or theory in the corpus must be expressible through the structural 7-tuple:
Where:
(State Domain): The space of entities, states, events, or abstract elements. (Constitutive Relations): The constitutive relational structure, bonds, or tensors connecting elements of . (Boundary Structure): The topological or operational interface demarcating interior system states from exterior environment. (Invariant Family): The conserved quantities, topological invariants, or symmetries characterizing the identity of . (Admissible Transformations): The group, semigroup, or category of transformations under which lawfully evolves. (Observer Architecture): The measurement, projection, or evaluation operators coupling to informational trace extraction. (Trace & Memory): The conserved quantitative record of structural interactions and historical continuity.
Universality and Specialization:
Law of Invariant Transport:
For an admissible transformation
- Strict Invariant Preservation:
- Lawful Invariant Transport:
where is a formally specified, non-degenerative invariant-transport morphism.
5. The Relational Primitives Hierarchy
All structural descriptions in the corpus must ascend through the disciplined primitive hierarchy:
- Distinction: The irreducible act or condition of differentiation
. - Relation: The discrete bond
establishing mutual constraint and trace exchange. - Boundary: The closed topological demarcation
separating distinct operational domains. - Structure: The invariant network assembly
closed under trace preservation. - Fabric: The universal dynamical relational substrate
.
6. Observer and Measurement Architecture
Within the Science of Fabric Reality, an observer is not an unmodeled classical external entity. It is formalized as a localized, idempotent measurement trace operator:
Measurement is an internal relational integration event that extracts a persistent trace record
7. Falsifiability and Empirical Test Standards
Every physical hypothesis
A measurement outcome
If no quantitative observable deviation is currently derivable, the hypothesis must be formally marked:
8. Documentary and Source Classification Standards
All citations and external references across the corpus must adhere to strict venue classification:
PEER_REVIEWED_ARTICLE: Papers published in recognized refereed scholarly journals (e.g., Physical Review, Annals of Mathematics, Communications in Mathematical Physics).OFFICIAL_DATASET: Authoritative physical constants and particle compilations (e.g., Particle Data Group / PDG 2024, NIST CODATA).REPOSITORY_DEPOSIT: Unrefereed public archive deposits (e.g., Zenodo records with DOI10.5281/zenodo.*). These are permanent records of public priority, not peer-reviewed articles.PREPRINT: Unrefereed electronic preprints (e.g., arXiv papers).
The attribution formula SOURCE SUPPORTS ESTABLISHED COMPARATOR must be maintained completely separate from SOURCE VALIDATES SFR.
