3. Normalization Pipeline
The remaining source artifacts from the 45-source corpus (SRC-001 ... SRC-045) represent specialized domain specifications, control receipts, and visual assets currently undergoing concordance. Their raw intake mirrors are preserved in 04_SOURCE_ARCHIVE. Under Section 11 authority rules, source mirrors remain in provenance accounting and are not published as active canonical whitepapers until fully normalized.
