Public Status Boundary. ScrollDNA is the canonical identity schema utilized throughout the Fabrica architecture to anchor, version, and trace research artifacts. It binds authorship, mathematical invariants, and validator consensus into a single immutable cryptographic record. It does not assert legal patent claims or external copyright certification.


1. The Formal Identity Tuple

Every scientific artifact, proof framework, or intelligence kernel anchored within the Universum Knowledge Corpus (UKC) must declare a fully formed ScrollDNA tuple:

2. Hardened Provenance: PGP & UFR Alignment

The ScrollDNA schema acts as the primary data-level sentinel enforcing foundational invariance rules directly inside the system's identity headers:

  • UFR Compatibility Bounds: The InvariantSet declared in the ScrollDNA tuple is strictly validated against the Unified Foundations of Reality (UFR) physical compatibility matrices. An artifact that violates UFR conservation laws will fail the registration gate, rendering it cryptographically inadmissible.
  • PGP Lineage Audits: The ValidationState and transition signatures are continuously monitored and verified by the Pasev Gauge Principle (PGP) gauge engine. PGP transition audits ensure that any update to the ScrollDNA version or parent-child lineage preserves system-wide gauge symmetry, ensuring that local repository mutations never compromise global identity invariants (δI0).

3. Structural Protection Against Fragmentation

In conventional research ecosystems, scientific artifacts frequently become separated from their citations, dependencies, and validation status. ScrollDNA prevents this fragmentation by treating these attributes as constitutive parts of the artifact's identity hash.

If an external publisher or downstream agent alters the context, violates the invariant set, or strips the validation seal, the ScrollDNA hash immediately invalidates.
